7 Steps to StrongPosture®
How does the course work?
The course is divided into 7 Steps – one per week – which means it’ll only take you 7 weeks to learn a posture improvement program individualized for your body! (Of course, you are always free to take as long as you like at your own pace.)
Each lesson takes you through the various principles of posture, helping you to understand why posture is important and how it impacts health. It also helps you to identify what habits are working against you and at the same time helping you, step by step, to improve posture.
The lessons are in video format and include demonstrations, which will help you to do each exercise the right way.
