Congratulations, we made it to the final step on your path to StrongPosture® – Living taller.
Over seven steps, we’ve focused your attention toward standing taller and functionally stronger balance.
Step one focused on your balance, making it stronger. Step two integrated how people usually think about posture as being about alignment and we focused you towards being more vertical, more vertically aligned as you balance, then Step three focus on strengthening how you move, moving more smoothly, not ratchety with more accurate smooth control Balance, Alignment, Motion – BAM. These three elements of posture determine how well you can do the most important motion, the fourth step: breathing, the goal is full and strong. Step five was then taking it up a notch to physically stand taller by unbending, unfolding to combat the habits of modern tech life, Step six connected your mind and your body with awareness and control in your posture environment to ace your posture.
Today, we’re bringing it all together to assure you can live with intelligent life habits for tech world that’s different from any place humans have lived before and we’re going to start with what humans are designed to do best, walking, balancing on one leg and then shifting to the other. It’s how we were designed to move.
