When I run into people, I’ve not seen for a while they often tell me Dr. Weiniger you make me stand straighter when I see you I automatically stand up with better posture. I bet there’s a good chance your posture just now gotten a bit better at that thought, that’s a good thing. Getting posture-conscious is the point, regularly focusing on posture in the moment is how together will we train your posture when you’re not thinking about it.

This is the third week of a seven-week journey to StrongPosture® and I focused on increasing your focus, your consciousness of posture in the moment, so you can more fully find subtle inner core muscles and train that control to move better, more smoothly, more gracefully with what pros call coupled motion instead of a motion being disconnected having it being connected across the body’s what’s called kinetic chain, from the feet to the hands, everything in between.
